Admission is
the step by which the candidate submits a formal application for admission to
one of our programs. Guides and
admission forms are available below on this page, and the dates for submission
of applications. You must mail or
submit in person to the Registrar of the campus you want your complete
application for admission. Required parts to build your case
are:
- The application form duly
completed and signed;
- the official transcripts
indicating the degree conferred or official transcripts and copies of
diplomas;
- curriculum vitae and up to
date;
- birth certificate issued by
the Registrar of Civil Status of Quebec or the equivalent for a birth
outside Quebec;
- payment of the admission fee $ 50 *. In default, there will be no file
analysis. If you pay by
credit card, do not forget to attach the detachable flap
"Payment" completed;
- proof of legal status in
Canada (for students born outside of Quebec) and proof of residence in
Quebec, if applicable;
- proof of permanent code **
Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sports (MELS) if you have done your
research in Quebec, a photocopy;
- letter specifying the
motivations of the candidate for the degree program in question.

academic record;
- The presence and validity of
all documents requested in the application for admission;
- The quality and relevance of
work experience, if applicable;
- The results of tests or
interviews, if applicable;
- The text of interest for the
research project (maximum two pages) for the candidate to control for
analysts with memory;
- The text of interest for the
research project (maximum three pages) for the doctoral candidate.

Knowledge of French in oral and written is a need to undertake studies successfully at ENAP, only the following students will not have to to undergo language test (TFI) to the extent that they can present evidence in support of their position:

- Students who have passed the
test uniform French MELS;
- Students who have passed the
test of French institutional another Quebec university;
- Students who have completed
the equivalent of a bachelor's degree issued by a Quebec francophone
university recognized by ENAP and included in the State list . Note that the
official transcript, accompanied by explanatory details of the marking,
and the official certificate must be in French. No translation will be accepted.
